David A. McInnis
Principal

David joins Constellation Wealth Advisors LLC as a Principal with 25 years of wealth management experience.

Most recently, David worked for a multi-family office as a Principal specializing in comprehensive advisory plans. He previously was a Partner and Portfolio Manager for a small, independent equity investment management firm. From 1992 through 2006, as a Managing Director in Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown’s San Francisco office, David advised entrepreneurs, capital sponsors, and wealthy families in asset concentration and allocation as well as trust and estate techniques. He spent the first four years of his career with Bear Stearns & Company beginning in 1986.

David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Financial Services from San Diego State University.

David is an avid athlete and spends his free time in the outdoors with his family and friends. He lives with his three children in Larkspur, California.
